long time, no blog

alrighty, alrighty...

i changed my blog name and now i'm saying what i want on it. which is good...considering it is mine. it is about 1:21 am in henderson, tennessee. have you been here? doubt it...but come check it out sometime. loads of boredom, so come with madlibs and fireworks to spice up your life. speaking of spice, you should definately check out the old school rapper "spice 1" sometime. he is a funny bro. i told ben to buy the cd when were at fye. he did. great job alex.

last week, my friends made a personal ad for my friend david on craigslist. and we thought no one had responded, but alas, someone did respond. we checked his email tonight. in fact we had three responses to davie's ad. one was a man...which made us laugh...but then two girls also responded. one sent a pic. she was attractive. which was odd to me. it kind of changed my perspective on online dating.

in other news, i bought a two dollar hat yesterday. yes, you read right, two dollar hat, and boy is it hideous. i will get a pic up sometime. i don't know how to describe it other than: ethnic. i don't know when i should bust it out either. and believe me, it needs a cool event to be debuted at. i will get stares. it is also a size or two too big, which is an oddity for me. my melon is huge.

as of today, i threw down on classes, threw down in the gym, threw down some laundry, and i also managed to buy myself some cleats for the first time in 8 years! yes, the summer before my freshman year of high school was the last pair. hah. wow, i am getting old. not really though. is twenty old? i don't think so.
anyways, my cleats are fairly awesome. i went with some nike soccer cleats. they have the "90" on them. what does this number mean? i have no idea. perhaps a soccer player? ill find out later. i will be using the cleats for softball and for flag football, and random soccer/ultimate frisbee games i get involved in here in henderson. oh and also possibly some rugby! that is in the works. i am looking forward to learning the sport and hitting some bros. i hope that 90 makes me fast or whatever.
i bought the cleats at Dick's Sporting Goods. i love going to that place, mainly because of the Dick's Sporting Goods jokes that abound with me and my friends when we are there...alright...entirely because of the jokes. it's too easy, just ask my friend ben.
i capped off the evening with a latte at the best coffee shop in town: bessos...NOT KC's coffee shop. bessos is the place. not only is their coffee rad, they've got bomby gelato as well. check them out.
back in the dorm i also watched some beverly hills nija on tbs, while the dormates ran through the halls, slamming doors. i miss chris farley.
